Uploaded Materials

  • Sign-in Recovery Drafts: When sign-in interrupts generation, we temporarily keep the pending prompt, uploaded source references, and generation settings in your browser tab's session storage. They are eligible for recovery for up to 30 minutes and are cleared on cancellation or before resuming generation. Expired drafts are discarded when accessed, and closing the tab normally clears session storage. These functional drafts are not sent to analytics and exclude authentication credentials and safety tokens.

  • Data Minimization: Umami analytics events use fixed categories, booleans, and bounded counts rather than prompts, filenames, media URLs, raw errors, or internal user, payment, session, message, generation, and funnel-correlation IDs. Temporary checkout-correlation tokens stay in first-party billing records and payment-provider metadata instead of Umami
  • Private Routes: Video Agent workspace pageviews containing UUIDs are suppressed, and approved workspace events use a generic /video-agent/workspace path without query strings or fragments
  • Do Not Track: The browser tracker is configured to honor Do Not Track signals
  • Account-linked measurement: For signed-in use, a one-way hash of the normalized account email is used as a pseudonymous analytics identity to connect generation attempts, visible result playback, and confirmed purchases across visits. Raw email addresses are not sent to Umami. This identity is reset when the browser account changes or signs out. We reconcile these observations with restricted account and payment records to measure first purchases; analytics reports contain aggregate counts. Browser Do Not Track suppresses browser analytics; server-side generation and payment observations are separate.
  • Retention: Analytics retention follows the settings of our managed analytics service
